Overview

SCBT Series PACK Discharge-Charge & BMS Verification Tester supports conducting intelligent charge (recharge), discharge, and cycle discharge and charge tests on lithium-ion battery packs. The equipped low-current high-precision charging mode can provide energy for the passive balancing of BMS, assisting the BMS system to balance the cell voltages of the lithium battery pack. 

It can detect protection features of the battery pack and quickly monitor and verify various protection functions of the BMS. It is an essential instrument for production delivery, inventory maintenance, pre-installation verification, and after-sales service.

Application

Energy Storage Pack Daily Charge & Discharge Maintenance

Discharge pack before transportation; Charge pack promptly upon entry into the warehouse after transportation to avoid reduced lifespan due to decreased capacity.

Pack Performance Detection & Verification Before Installation

It supports performing the function verification to BMS functions and pack capacity before the installation of the energy storage battery pack on site, ensuring the battery is qualified to be installed.

Energy Storage Pack Fault Location & Analysis

It supports fault location and analysis of the energy storage battery pack. 

Feature

Wide Voltage Range: It supports the discharge and charge tests in the full range of 0~120V, meeting the test requirements and performance verifications of lithium battery groups in the existing home energy storage industry;

High Current Allowable: small in size and high in power density; Each model has a corresponding charging and discharge current range for choosing to meet different testing needs. (100F: 30A, 200F: 50A, 300F: 100A).

High-Accuracy of Current Sampling & Control: It supports current control and sampling at the level of 0.1A step, meeting the requirements for lithium battery pack charge and discharge testing, as well as passive equalization;

Highly Intelligent: except for the smart operating system, it is equipped with CAN, RS485, USB, and other intelligent comm ports, which can communicate with BMS in real time to realize the “follow” control logic; It also supports intelligent test step settings, starting test with a one-click function;

7-inch Touchscreen Display: a 7-inch LCD touchscreen displays all test parameters, test process, and test results for intuitive viewing during the test.

High Charge Accuracy: the charging module supports active PFC, and the power factor is > 98%. It can realize highly efficient testing and does not cause interference to the power grid.
