Overview

FCDB-A1024 Lithium Battery Maintenance Tester integrates battery string discharge-charge and cell equalization functions into one unit, highly improving the working efficiency of lithium battery testing and aftermarket maintenance. It can be widely used in EVs and scenarios of lithium battery maintenance and repair.

Feature

Wide Applications: adopts intelligent charge and discharge testing technology, will not cause interference to BMS, suitable for string discharge-charge and cell equalization tests of lithium batteries.

Step Test Self-Defining: users can create and modify test steps and parameters based on the actual test project, and then the tester will auto-complete the test.

Wide Voltage Range: it is suitable for charging and discharging lithium battery strings with voltage levels of 2-260V.

Cell Voltage Acquisition: the device collects cell voltage in real-time by CAN communication or physical sampling mode, which can quickly and accurately measure capacity during the charging and discharging test and protect the battery from damage due to over-discharge and over-discharging.

Smart Equalization Mode: equipped with intelligent equalization function, detecting cell voltage and performing discharge-charge and equalization automatically.

Hige-efficiency Charging: cell depolarization, improving the cell equalizing effect.

Multiple Protections: It provides multiple protections for various abnormal conditions during the test, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, reversed connection, overtempt, etc.

Multiple Intelligent Ports: the device is equipped with various data ports such as RS485 and CAN, effectively monitoring battery performance status protection.

Large Touch LCD Display: 7-inch LCD touchscreen displays all real-time data via data table, barchart, and curve chart, supporting the click operations directly.
