It incorporates various BMS protocols tailored to the charging characteristics of energy storage battery racks, enabling it to perform charging tests on multiple types of battery racks.

A high-definition touchscreen display and user-friendly UI design allow users and managers to easily and scientifically maintain and manage battery racks, thereby extending battery service life.

It can be widely used in battery rack recharging, storage maintenance, and after-sales maintenance.

Functional Characteristics

Wide Voltage Range: Specifically designed for the new energy industry, which features battery groups with various voltage specifications. The wide voltage range meets the maintenance needs of new energy industry customers, improving test efficiency.

Intelligent Charging: features intelligent constant current, and constant voltage current reduce charging modes to test battery performance comprehensively.

Cell Voltage Collection (customizable): supports collecting cell voltages through CANFD during charging, enabling quick and accurate capacity estimation and protecting the battery from over-discharging and overcharging damage.

Multiple Protections: It supports setting multiple shutdown protection thresholds for the charging test. When the preset protection value is reached, the tester will automatically stop to prevent the battery from damaging. The device can independently complete the entire test process unattended, which saves manpower.

Intelligent Test Control: It allows manual pausing of the test and parameter (Charge Voltage, Charge Current, Test Time, etc.) modification during the test.

Multiple Data Interface: It is equipped with various data interfaces such as USB and CAN, and supports communication with lithium battery BMS, PC, and other intelligent devices.
