Overview
FQ-80H is the latest high-accuracy nondestructive testing equipment developed by FUGUANG, with the highest sensitivity and stability in the new energy industry.
Testing the new energy battery pack's airtightness is essential to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the battery. One of the most advantageous testing methods is the air pressure which involves subjecting the battery pack to controlled pressure and monitoring for pressure changes over time. A significant pressure drop may suggest a leak.
FUGUANG FQ-80H mainly uses compressed air as the medium to apply specific pressure to the inner cavity or surface of the battery to be tested and then uses sensitive sensors to detect the variations of pressure to determine the leakage of the battery pack.
It has lots of advantages such as fast and convenient, low detection cost, and pollution-free, effectively improving the test efficiency and product quality of customers in the new energy industry.
Application
It is mainly used in the low-pressure battery pack air-tightness test and liquid cooling high-pressure air-tightness test.
It is an essential tool for EV OEMs to maintain battery packs.

Barcode Scanner: it supports barcode scanner access, directly scans code, and displays the battery pack's ID to be tested.
Visualized Process: display the progress time of each stage during the test.
Pressure Dual Display: the pressure dial and the test curve will display on the same screen in real-time.
Parameters Management: it can auto remember the last test parameters, which is convenient for the next test modification and improve efficiency.
Intelligent Alarm: the tester will prompt audible and visual alarms to ensure safety when the test is abnormal or failed.
Remote Management: the device supports online system upgrades, and the optional cloud platform can realize remote data transmission and management.
