Recently, FUGUANG ELECTRONICS completed its first overseas project titled "Vocational Training and Assessment of Battery and Battery System Repair and Maintenance" in Thailand. This professional training initiative attracted esteemed professors from various universities across Thailand. Upon completion, qualified trainees will receive the "Certificate of Battery Repair and Maintenance Technician," accredited by the MIIT. It signifies the first large-scale implementation of China's new energy battery maintenance standards within the vocational education sector in Southeast Asia.

FUGUANG ELECTRONICS serves as a prestigious national AAA-level vocational skills training base for technicians specializing in battery and battery system maintenance. As a committed member of the National Energy Storage Technology Industry-Education Integration Community, it has effectively merged a well-established domestic training framework with the vocational education requirements of Thailand. The training courses strictly align with the technical standards of the MIIT of China, covering core modules such as the traction battery’s structural principle, fault diagnosis, safety regulations, and practical maintenance operations. Furthermore, case studies based on local Thai scenarios are designed to help the participating teachers systematically master the application capabilities of cutting-edge technologies.

Theoretical Training
During the training, FUGUANG team, with the rich industry experience and professional knowledge, provided the professors from Thai universities with comprehensive and highly practical training courses. The courses adopted a teaching method combining theoretical teaching with practical operation, enabling the trainees to better master the knowledge they learned through practice.
In the theoretical teaching, FUGUANG team provided a detailed explanation of battery working principles, common faults, and diagnostic methods, helping the trainees gain a systematic understanding of battery maintenance and repair. In the practical operation, under the guidance of the FUGUANG team, the trainees conducted hands-on testing, repair and maintenance of batteries, which deepened their understanding and mastery of the knowledge.

To ensure the effectiveness of the training, FUGUANG team actively interacted and communicated with the trainees, promptly answering their questions encountered during the learning process. At the same time, based on the feedback from the trainees, FUGUANG team continuously adjusted the teaching methods and content to meet the needs of different trainees.
Practical Operation

In the final assessment stage, FUGUANG team strictly followed the certification process of the MIIT of China to design a comprehensive evaluation system covering theoretical exams, practical operation evaluations, and emergency handling. All trainees were required to complete the task of troubleshooting and repairing battery system failures within the specified time, and were scored on-site by the FUGUANG expert team. This thoroughly tested the trainees' mastery of the learned knowledge and skills.

[Seminar]
After the assessment, a grand seminar jointly organized by FUGUANG ELECTRONICS, partners, and Pathumwan Institute of Technology (PIT) was held. The seminar was attended by customers related to the Thai new energy industry market, battery testing-related enterprises, and representatives from various universities. The seminar aimed to promote technical exchanges and cooperation in the new energy field. At the beginning of the seminar, the president of PIT expressed sincere gratitude for the support from all parties and stated that the school would further strengthen the construction and development of new energy-related majors in the future.
