Overview


FGCD Series is the latest intelligent battery discharge and charge unit developed by FUGUANG. It has a variety of built-in testing and maintenance modes, which can perform discharge, charge, cycle charge and discharge tests for various types of lithium and lead-acid battery groups. The smart operating system supports wireless data transmission to realize the battery IoT, making the maintenance and management of battery packs easier and more scientific, thereby prolonging the battery service life.

High-Efficiency Charging: The three-stage charging method(CC-CV-FC) ensures that the battery pack is fully charged to improve charging efficiency greatly.

Multi-Discharge Modes: supports constant current, constant power, and constant resistance, 3 discharge modes, which can meet various working conditions and fully test the battery performance.

7-inch Touchscreen: A big-size LCD touchscreen can display all real-time data and graphs, including cell voltage, cell resistance, current curves, data EXCEL, etc., and the humanized input method and menu design simplifies the operating process.

Battery Pack Activation: freely set charge and discharge rules and cycle times, effectively activating the battery and improving battery pack capacity.

Cell Voltage Acquisition: the device collects cell voltage in real-time by CAN or physical sampling modes, which can quickly and accurately measure capacity during the charging and discharging test and protect the battery from damage due to over-discharge and overcharging.

Large Memory: the 512MB host memory supports caching data of 800 cells; the 4G storage space can store up to 3000 test records.

Multiple Protections: It supports providing adequate protection for various abnormal conditions during the test process. The system triggers the automatic termination of the test; the LCD prompts and beep warning to assist users in proper processing.

Highly Intellectualization: using an intelligent operating system, large-screen control, and built-in multiple wireless transmission methods to realize the battery IoT, making maintenance work more intelligent, efficient, and accurate.

Intelligent Platform: the APP and B/S architecture network platform are optional, which can remotely operate and view the whole test process on the phone/pad/computer and scientifically manage and analyze historical data, greatly improving work efficiency.

Data Port: The device is equipped with various data ports such as RS485, RS232, RJ45, and CAN to communicate with different lithium battery packs BMS.
