Overview
FGCD series tester adopts advanced charging and discharging technology with a variety of built-in test and maintenance modes. It is suitable for discharging, charging, and cycle charge and discharge tests of various types of lithium battery packs.
Application
It is mainly applicable in: high voltage motive battery’s discharging, charging, and cycle tests;
It supports regularly recharging energy storage backup battery packs;
Handle with problems of battery tranportation safety;
Performance test of aftermarket faulty battery packs.
Functional Characteristics
One machine with Multifunction: wide voltage range design is suitable for discharge, charge, and activation tests of battery packs in various voltage levels.
Intelligent Test: adopt efficient aerospace load materials and advanced control technology to ensure discharge accuracy.
Multi-Discharge Modes: supports setting constant current and constant power, 2 discharge modes, meeting various working conditions.
High-Efficiency Charging Mode: ensure that the battery pack is fully charged to greatly improve the charging efficiency.
Battery Pack Activation: freely set charge and discharge rules and activation times to effectively improve the battery capacity.
Communication Method: CAN, RS485.
Data Acquisition: it can collect the max and min voltage, temperature, and other data during the test. The operating interface will show the data in various ways like bar chart, form, and curve.
Protection: the tester will prompt alarms and beep in various situations, such as reversed polarity connection, over temperature, short-circuit overcurrent, fan fault, over-voltage, overcurrent, etc.
